CASEY PEARSON

The Founder

Casey is a 2006 graduate of Cape Elizabeth High School, and a resident of the town of Cape Elizabeth. He was born in Portland and raised in Cape Elizabeth; spending most of his summer days on Long Lake in Harrison. Casey was born with real estate in his blood. When Casey reached his 18th birthday, he received his Real Estate License and founded Shore Enterprises LLC.

Casey is a now affiliated with Portland's Choice Realty LLC; a member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors; general manager for the family corporation, Cape Sands Corporation; as well as an emergency medical technician and emergency medical dispatcher for the town of Cape Elizabeth. He enjoys helping people in every way he possibly can. With his extensive background in property management, real estate investing, and construction, Casey can help his clients in ways which few can!
